Nasdaq has approved Net Gaming Europe AB (publ) (the “Company”) application for listing of it’s bond on Nasdaq First North Bond Market (“First North”).
The bond under the short name NETGAM01 and ISIN code SE0008348221, will be listed on December 16, 2016 for institutional trading and in connection with the listing, the Board of Directors of the Company has resolved and published a Company Description that according to the Rules and regulations of First North has been made available at the Company’s web site. Pareto Securities has acted sole book runner and issuing agent in connection with the bond issue, Roshier Advokatbyrå acted as legal adviser and Wildeco Ekonomisk Information has acted as Certified Adviser in connection with the listing.
